Single Room in a Two Bedroom - Welcome to Campbell Creek Apartments!
We are the premier student housing complex serving Campbell University and the surrounding colleges. We understand student living and the serious learning that goes on and the need for comfort and ease during those college years. The fully furnished all inclusive apartments are located directly across the street from campus and near the local gas station, food establishments, and the NEW STUDENT CENTER opening in 2020!
We want our resident's to live worry free while they are studying to become our next leaders in multiple industries. Our property features a 24 hour gym/clubhouse to include a pool table, lounge area, and TV. We also have a tanning bed on site for those that want to keep that nice glow year round. We are a pet friendly property with a new bark park right on site. We also feature a relaxing area with a fire pit and hammocks to enjoy studying outside or entertaining guests.
Enjoy the benefits of all inclusive living eliminates those costly utility deposits and paying multiple bills monthly to different providers. At Campbell Creek Apartments we provide beautiful fully furnished rooms, cable, hi-speed fiber internet, washer and dryers in each apartment, water, sewer, trash, recycling, pest control, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and HVAC filters changed on a quarterly basis. Also included in your rent is an electric allotment. We accept packages at our office to ease the stress of receiving those care packages from home.
The Application Fee of $65.00 includes your cosigners fee as well.
