Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

Apartment 1C is a unique ground level two person apartment, added to the building in 2010. The kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The carpeted living room includes a small sofa, arm chair, coffee and side table, and a dining table and chairs. The living room window faces north, overlooking Dryden Road, while both bedroom windows face west. The two bedrooms are fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. All rooms have an A/C unit.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
