Quiet and Comfortable Private Room
Comfort, convenience, and privacy await in this new home. Quiet, safe Hilltop neighborhood close to I-5 and Skagit Regional Hospital. The 13'x12' upstairs bedroom is fully furnished with nightstand, dresser, blackout curtains, and comfortable extra-long twin. Blankets, linens, and towels are also furnished. Spacious walk-in closet. The full bathroom is shared with one other room (currently not occupied). Semi-private entrance used occasionally or by other tenants. The house is 2,850 square feet and this wing of the house consists of two bedrooms and a shared bath with two sinks.
I am a healthcare administrator in both the military and civilian sectors. All profits from this rental will be used towards establishing a clinic in Guatemala. My wife is a CPA and works from home.
You will be sharing the rest of the home with my wife and I along with a potentially another short-term renter or two. Its a large house, so it doesn't get crowded. We occasionally host friends and family but are not party people, and the house is usually very quiet. In addition to your private living space, you have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry. Walking trails are close by. This is a non-smoking property.
Our home is in a quiet, brand new, low-crime neighborhood. The home has an outdoor video camera security system with house alarm. It is about three miles from the Skagit Valley Hospital (seven-minute drive), Haggen's Grocery is five minutes away (1.5 miles). Costco and other major retail stores are just 15 minutes away.
This is a great base to explore all Skagit County, Island County & the San Juan Islands have to offer when you get time off.
Rental rate for single occupancy only. No pets allowed. Please note required proof of renters insurance with liability coverage upon move in.
