Note, this home was originally built well over 100+ years ago. However all the electricity (heating and air conditioning) and plumbing were Professionally updated to 21st Century equipment over the past 11 years. (Our home is very beautiful, this is not your typical rental unit.)

Youll find that our lovely home is only a short, leisure walk to the quaint Downtown Roseville and both Royer and Saugstad Community Parks. This friendly neighborhood is quiet, quiet, quiet Its also 3 blocks from the entrance of the Miners Ravine Trail, which is an 8+ mile trail along a scenic creek for hiking, running, and biking which is accessible year-round. And because this home is located down two dead-end streets, theres little if any car traffic in the neighborhood.

This roomy Two Bedroom, One Full Bath home will be available June 1st, for a minimum one year lease. However, were hopeful to find a longer term permanent resident. We prefer a single Adult or pair of Adults, no pets. Youll find our home has been meticulously cared for by all of its previous residents. And we hope to find someone to continue loving our home. (I resided in this home for over four years, so I have intimate knowledge with living here and know the neighbors extremely well.)

The Master Suite is huge (originally two rooms, that was converted into one solitary bedroom), which also includes its own large walk-in closet. A full bath separates the additional Second Bedroom, which is also a good sized room with its own closet. Both Bedrooms include their own ceiling fans for added comfort.

Appliances are not included: refrigerator, washer or dryer. However, there are full hookups for all appliances, including water, gas and/or electric. Lastly, we recently installed dual pane windows for added comfort year-round for our next Tenants.

Off-street parking is included, a driveway for your vehicle(s) is behind a gated fence and to the rear entrance of the home. (A garage is not included.)

The home is Internet/Cable TV ready, this is not included with your rent. Utilities are not included: electrical, gas, water and garbage.

Pets will not be considered or allowed in the home at any time. And strictly, no smoking is allowed in the home at any time.

Any prospective applicant is required to complete a rental application and pay up front, $55 for a credit and background check. Upon acceptance, we would like First months rent, Last months rent and a security deposit,
