Enjoy light flowing in from windows on all four side of the home, central air, main living area's vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and gorgeous one-of-a-kind hardwood floors. The kitchen area includes custom cabinetry, upscale stainless-steel appliances, butcher block counter tops - microwave, and refrigerator included! The large, carpeted bedroom measures 13.5 x 11 and has a walk-in closet with stacked washer and dryer. (I am in the process of replacing the current carpet with a brand new one.) Water, gas, and electricity are also included in rental price! The lease term is one-year, after which it automatically converts to a month-to-month.
We’ve had just three tenants in over eleven years. Each previous tenant has stayed nearly four years, each. All were within the first couple of people to look at it when we posted to rent, and thus, we’ve never had a vacancy. We’ve enjoyed a great relationship with all our guests, and look forward to another terrific experience. We lovingly maintain our property and are right there to address any issues our guests may have, though there have been very few.

Application submissions will determine the order for our "first come, first served" eligible renters. A non-refundable $40 charge for credit/background check is required when submitting application. All applicants must be willing and able to provide documentation to support income and financial health as stated on application (2 months bank statements, 2 months pay stubs, etc.).
