IMPORTANT COMMUNITY STANDARDS
• 100% smoke-free property (including marijuana, vaping, and smoking paraphernalia)
• No parties, loud gatherings, or unverified overnight guests
• Quiet low-stimulus residential environment
• Animals must be travel-compatible & not left unattended causing noise disruption
• 30+ night minimum stays only
VERIFICATION & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Identity verification required for all adult occupants
• Structured intake & signed residency agreements required prior to confirmation
• Additional verification and/or traveler’s insurance may be required depending on booking channel & profile history
MEDICAL TRANSITION SUPPORT
Reduced medical-transition rates may be available for qualifying patients & caregivers depending on timing and availability.
This is structured transitional housing for extended stays — not vacation lodging.
This 1,100 sq. ft. upper-level suite in Lakewood is purpose-built for extended comfort and recovery, offering a safe, restorative home designed with dignity in mind.
