Brand New 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom San Luis Obispo Condo close to shopping and restaurants and with easy access to Highway 101. This condo is on the second floor and features LVT flooring in the large open-concept living area and a balcony with an extra storage closet. The kitchen has a peninsula for extra seating and appliances include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. All three bedrooms are carpeted, with the primary bedroom including an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sinks. Condos are on solar power and are all-electric. Condo has AC Unit. 1 designated parking space comes with the unit.

This is located in a new complex and, when completed, will include access to a clubhouse and pool.

This is a Firm No Pets property. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Trash service is paid for. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities associated with the property.

12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.
