Description

A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in La Conners Shelter Bay is now available. This is the downstairs unit of a multifamily home and does have a private entrance. The kitchen is a nice size with all appliances. This downstairs unit also features a private backyard with artificial turf and washer and dryer hookups and flowing open living space. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. There is no garage access with this unit and parking is shared in the driveway. A monthly utility fee of $275 will be charged which covers water, sewer, garbage, propane, and electricity. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. This unit is located in an HOA community and there may be specific HOA rules that will apply.
