Great ceiling lighting, tile floors, and a 5-burner gas convection range. A dishwasher, high-end faucet, and lots of cabinet space make this a great room for both cooking and entertaining. Right off of the kitchen is a clean and functional bathroom with vanity and full-sized tub/shower combination. Bright white fixtures and good lighting. Also right next to the bathroom is a HUGE closet with great big deep shelves. Can be used for clothes, storage, pantry, linen, or all of the above!
The bedroom has spacious square footage but a low sloped ceiling, just over 6’ at the lowest point. However, it has a nice window with natural light, sconce lighting, and a large closet. Perfectly nice and functional for sleeping and dressing!
Laundry is located in the basement. Clean, well-maintained, coin-operated appliances are installed with a countertop area for folding clothes, and a place to store your soaps and detergents. One block away, you can stroll through the Lakeside Park rose gardens on a summer evening, or play frisbee or tennis with a friend in the park. Immediately across the street from the house is the Rivergreenway trail with a quiet hill leading up to it. The trail will take you directly into Downtown one direction, or offer miles of jogging, biking or walking the other direction. It's a central location no more than 15 minutes to anywhere inside the city.
Off-street parking is available in the back along with street parking in the front on both sides of the street.
Count on being comfortable all throughout the year. This apartment has all energy-efficient vinyl windows, ceiling fans, and built-in air-conditioning. Resident pays a flat fee of $50 for the gas and water utilities. You have your own thermostat in the apartment to stay comfortable this winter. Lawncare is provided and landlord takes care of regular maintenance and repairs. First month’s rent and deposit must be received before moving in. We are looking for applicants with good credit, clean background, and 3x the monthly rent as income. Small pets may be considered and subject to additional fees. We do not accept section 8.
