It has a private entry, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a private loft with spiral stairs up to it, a large private den and living-room with vaulted ceilings and lots of light and shades, hardwood floors and beautiful rugs, a furnished private dining area, a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, it's own central air conditioning and central heating, a private lounge and tea room, a private bike room with hooks for bike-hanging, up to four East Wing parking spaces outside (off street), an enclosed beautiful front yard with ivy-covered fences and maple trees, a garden bed with direct sunlight, near a spacious park with a sand volleyball courts, baseball/softball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer field, and a playground.
It's basically two houses: East Wing house (for rent) and a West Wing ADU (not for rent).
The East Wing has a private washer and dryer and laundry room. It has a large spacious kitchen.
The large kitchen in the East Wing has a sink, disposal, composting bin, a gas range/oven, dish washer, trash compactor, recycling bins, plenty of food storage space, and other furnishings/utensils. It has a private fridge, too.
I have a kitchenette in my ADU that I primarily use..tho I sometimes slightly use the big kitchen when not in use. And I rarely see the East Wing tenants, unless asked to feed their cat when they go out of town.

-Utilities (Two tenants: $125 each, One tenant: $175) are paid on the 15th of each month, unless you want to pay with rent.
