Cute and comfortable two bedroom, two bath house. This is a corner house with one parking spot behind the automatic gate. Additional cars can easily be parked on the street.
Utilities are not included, except for the internet. Our water bill is always around $35. Yard is $40. Our electric bill ranges from around $70 in Spring, Fall and Winter, to around $150 in the summer months (on 78 degrees). The AC unit (heat pump) is new and has a high SEER rating.
Small dogs are welcome, but the owner must be responsible and no dogs outside after 10pm. No more than two dogs or two cats are permitted with a refundable pet deposit. All animals must be spayed or neutered!
Only toilet paper down the toilets!! AC filters will be provided but tenant will swap them out.
