I am looking for one more housemate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in St. John’s! Rooms are available November 1st, but possibly sooner! I am looking for a 6 to 8 month commitment with the option to renew if we are happy with the set up.
About the house: There are 3 bedrooms available upstairs each with beautiful hardwood floors. The bathroom upstairs will be shared only between those bedrooms and has a gorgeous view of the backyard. There is an additional bathroom on the main level with a large kitchen and cozy living/dining room. All shared spaces are furnished and also open to personal touches like plants, art work, or boardgames. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have additional freezer space downstairs near the laundry room.
There is a sweet backyard with space for growing berries, vegetables and flowers, a spot to read or do homework plus a large open garage for some additional storage, space for gardening or covered workout space!
Rent includes all utilities plus internet. Street parking available.
