There is a keypad entry system to the unit for added security and each resident gets one parking spot in front of their unit. Walk into the unit and you have a large coat closet that would be great to store your winter gear, tires, or holiday items. The bedroom is a good size and has a large storage closet as well.
The bathroom has been remodeled and has a full sized tub and new vanity with no-slam doors. Your living room and kitchen are open concept and there is plenty of room for a table and a coffee cart. Off of the living room, you have a huge private porch overlooking a beautiful mountain view.
Resident is responsible for electric (heat is electric) and cable/wifi (if desired).
Utilities included: Lawn care, snow plowing.

We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
