Signing the lease disclosure: Per company policy our rentals cannot be left on hold past 14 days of the rentals availability date. For example: If a property is available now; 14 days clock starts once the holding fee is received. Another example: if a property isn’t available for 20 days, still, 14 days starts after the 20 days has matured (20 days + 14 days).
