Looking for a roommate to rent a room and share a single house near Cal State Fullerton. The house is located in a nice and safe area. It’s right next to Troy High School and walking distance to Cal State Fullerton University. Close to restaurants, banks and highways for easy commuting. Walking distance to Acacia Park and ChargePoint EV chargers just down the street from the house. The house has two separate living rooms for additional entertaining. The good sized backyard is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen has a great amount of cabinet space for convenience along with a nice view from the sink to the backyard. The carpeted bedroom has a large closet and generous space that you can move in anytime. You will share the unit with the other three great Cal state fullerton students. The house has hardwood floors throughout the entrance and hallways and total is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.
