The home does NOT have air conditioning, but you can bring your own portable unit or rent it from us. No appliances, but you can rent from us if you need them. There's a 1-car detached garage out back. Laundry room in the basement. The basement is mainly for storage.

$800 p/month, $800 Sec deposit, $35 p/adult tenant application fee (non-refundable).

What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have a verifiable GROSS income of $2400 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a background check and a credit check.
