We love pets! We allow cats and dogs. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 at move-in. We charge a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet. We do not allow more than 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply, including, but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Mastiffs, and Siberian Huskies. *Service animals are not considered pets. Pet fee(s), pet rent, and breed restrictions do not apply.
