We also have a nice wooden-framed twin day-bed with a pull-out trundle in the main area as well as a fold out couch, which makes it comfortably sleep six.
There is a dining area in the main space with a full kitchenette including fridge/freezer combo, electric stove-top, double ovens, and is stocked with dishes, and linens. Patio has grille and outdoor dining seating with umbrellas.
Smart TVs in living & bedroom. Wi-fi is included.
Heated/cooled with two wall units.
Bathroom features walk-in shower. Includes a full private laundry room with washer/dryer & utility sink
