Applicants with a financial aid voucher are welcome and your rent subsidy will be added to your monthly income figure.

DEPOSIT:

Our standard deposit is $1000 and is refundable. An approved application without paying the deposit is not a guarantee you will get the apartment, We activity market and show units in order to lease them until a deposit is received from an applicant.
