I have 2 units available units that are SMALL (perfect for 1 or 2 people) adorable apartments in a nice area of Atlantic City. These units are 2 blocks from the beach & bay and 50 feet from bus/jitney stops. Located a few blocks from Ventnor. Off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Looking for good tenants who want a peaceful enjoyable living environment. Pets are accepted with renters/pet insurance.
Due to the number of people that had me hold units and never followed through with applications and/or individuals that did not pass the NTN… this will be on a first come first serve basis with NO HOLDS.
There is an application fee of $32 and that’s what I am charged from the NTN.
I have one unit on the third floor (with no elevator) $1000 a month and one unit on the first floor for $1200 a month.
