Plus, homeowners have access to several amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, parks and walking trails.
The room we are renting out comes fully furnished with fast high-speed internet, water, electricity, and garbage all included. We also have a cleaner that comes by weekly as well. The room can come unfurnished or furnished with the following: new queen-size memory foam mattress with adjustable bedframe, standing lamp, fully body length mirror, Samsung smart TV, along with a desk and chair. It has a standard size closet and recess lighting. We will have access to community gym and cabana style pool operated by SDFit once construction is completed. Parking covered open air parking driveway.
We have all brand-new appliances and kitchenware that is needed to cook. We have brand new furniture for the great and dining room that is open to all. We have brand laundry washer/dryer and reverse osmosis drinking system.
I live here with my fiancé. We are both working professionals in our mid 30’s. I work remotely at home, and she is a Nurse Practitioner during the day. We have a small 10-year-old yorkie. You'll essentially be a part of the family.
We will be conducting a background and credit check that will cost $55 to the applicant. Reimbursed if an offer is made/accepted. We will require first and last month deposit.
The rent is payable in advance, and due the 28th of every calendar month for the subsequent month. Tenant must pay rent on or before the due date. There is no grace period and rent payments received after the rent due date will be considered late. All late payment will be subject to an additional $25 fee. Standard renters’ insurance required.
