Hey everyone, we had a renter move due to family and work so a room became available at our home! We are renting out this large room with a walk in closet and shared bathroom for just $900 a month. Currently 3 people who live at this 4 bedroom home. We have my girlfriend and I in one. One for our roommate Cristian who you would share the bathroom with, a guest room and potentially yours! We are a group of young working individuals who are all clean so would prefer someone who is clean. Everything is provided in the common areas including tables, couches, cookware, fire pit and TV.
