Tenant is responsible for verifying school district.
If owner approves pets there is $250 Pet Fee + $30/month per animal
No bully breed dogs. 2 animal maximum, 40lb max dog size
We do NOT accept bank statements as income verification. Two pay stubs, tax documents or an offer letter from their employer.
