Please understand however that owners are renting the main house only, as well as certain parking spaces, but not the cottage behind the main house, a wooden shed, a distant barn and the driveway to it, each of which owners will be using to varying degrees. Not to worry: there is lots of parking designated for your own family and guests.
The main floor of this beautiful home has three bedrooms and two full baths (one with a big tub and shower, the other with a large walk-in shower). The downstairs has a fourth bedroom, another bathroom, a sizeable storage closet, a gun safe and a hallway which exits to the rear of house (where there is a sheltered walkway & woodshed) and to the front of house (where there is a two-car garage with storage cabinets, a food pantry and walk-in access to a sizeable foundation area with its water heater, gas furnace and additional storage spaces).
