This small community is conveniently located near Hwy99 & I5, new light rail transit, Edmonds Ferry, Park and Ride, 12 mins to Marina Beach and 6 mins to Edmonds Bowl and Biz Costco/gas. Close to shopping, dining, parks & Edmonds Community College.

Pet policy - Cats & dogs okay. Must be at least 1 years old, house-broken, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, no history of aggressive behavior, and have positive landlord references. PLEASE NOTE -- No dogs over 35 pounds unless the dog is a verifiable "service animal". Pets-- require a $500 refundable pet deposit for one pet; $700 for two. Monthly pet fee is $35 for one or $50 for two. Of course, verifiable service animals do not require a deposit or monthly fees. Renter's insurance is required. Move in funds are the first month's rent (prorated after the first of the month), plus security and pet deposits (if any). A $150 admin fee is also due at move-in.

Basic qualifications are good credit, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times monthly rent, and positive landlord references. We do not accept portable tenant screening reports. Housing Vouchers and Section 8 are accepted (NOTE, except for income, applicants must meet all other qualifying criteria).
