This upstairs bedroom has windows on two sides with lots of natural light. Nice size closet. This is a five bedroom house but Im only renting out two rooms and I occupy the master. Includes an additional room for an office or exercise/yoga/meditation space. Also includes 1 garage parking space with plenty of storage space for Tahoe toys etc. I added recent photos of the room (see at the end). My tenant is in the process of moving out when the images were taken. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference.
Amenities included: Central heat, gas fire place, hardwood floors (high quality newer carpet in bedrooms), pool table, upstairs and downstairs living room space, dishwasher, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, washer dryer, large back yard with bocce ball court, and outdoor gas fire ring. Sewer and garbage included. Gas, Electric, water, and internet not included. No pets. We have a great snowblower. Its expected that you will contribute equally (1/3) to keeping the driveway clear in the winter using the snowblower and helping shovel the decks/walkways.
The right person for the house is a working professional who knows how to value, keep clean, and appreciate a nice home. The right fit is someone that has a personal schedule that is well aligned with the morning type people that live here. A night shift or late night person is not desired. Must be able to communicate your needs in a mature way and are highly considerate of others. I manage and live in the home with my female roommate. The house will be maintained as a safe and positive space for all. Myself and my roommate have a higher standard of cleanliness than average but not OCD level. This is not a party house and is a drug free zone (legal drugs to be discussed). If you drink every day of the week and spend a lot of time at the local watering hole then its not a good fit. Looking to maintain a wholesome environment with like minded people who know how to respect each other.
About me: Im early 40s who works remotely as a sustainability consultant. I rent a coworking space in town but still work from home some of the time. I spend as much time outdoors as possible backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and shooting photography.
