A small dog is OK, after all there is a dog park. However, after looking at the pictures and the patio I think most people would agree that a large dog might be happier with a bigger yard. If you do have a dog, there will be an extra $500.00 refundable security deposit.

Please, no smokers (smoking on the back patio only sounds reasonable). This house has been smoke free and is in extremely good condition.
