Lease Terms

The resident is responsible for their electric service which is individually metered by Austin Energy and the monthly rent.

These services and utilities are included in the monthly rent and furnished by the landlord: water, wastewater, community trash, recycling, City of Austin Drainage Service fee, HD Cable, High-Speed Internet, and basic year around Pest Control. These are common “additional rent” charges that you will not see on your monthly rent statement. We do not bill back for any of these services or utilities. We provide one parking permit per apartment. We do charge an additional $50/month for the second occupant or resident.
