-evictions, criminal and credits. and if not paid already at the time of signing, a $75 application fee; proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name; proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. If a pet is approved, tenant must pay $45/month pet fee.
1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SIGNING FOR TENANTS WITH A PET.
