This particular property is listed For Sale together with a large tract of adjoining land, and while we are NOT involved with the sale of this property, we are advised that a sale might go through at some point. We have not been given a time frame as that is undeterminable at this point from the property owners end, but a tenant would be given at least 60 days notice if the lease was to be terminated and they needed to move. If we have another suitable property (that our firm manages), that a tenant might could transfer to, we could discuss that possibility if/when this property sells. This home is on WELL WATER, and the hot water heater is electric. The sunroom is large with lots of windows to enjoy the pretty view.
