This beautiful three bedroom home is the perfect place to call home for your 30+ night stay in Charleston! Centrally located in the Cannon/Elliotborough neighborhood, close to tons of walkable dining options!

The first floor of the home features an amazing, open layout living room, with a Smart TV and an exposed brick fireplace (not in working condition). The kitchen is full of natural light and has a small dining area, with seating for up to four people. Also on the first floor, is one half bath and a large, spacious bedroom with a king sized bed.

The second floor has another sitting area, along with a bar area and Smart TV, perfect for entertaining. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, and each have king sized beds.

The property showcases a private courtyard with beautiful greenery including olive & magnolia trees and a gorgeous salt water pool!

Off street parking for two small cars is provided in the driveway!

Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 pet fee.

The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. It's a Walker’s Paradise. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, this neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Browns Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend stopping by for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious cookies and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants & bars. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. Folly Beach & the airport are only 11 miles away and Sullivan's Island beach is only 9 miles away.

Other things to note:

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to

visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):

- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th

- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th

- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday

- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting

the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in

writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to

availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit

at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
