The kitchen and living room are super modern, and are open concept. The bedroom is a good size, with a nice closet, and a small laundry room attached. The washer and dryer stay with the unit!
Resident is responsible for: propane heat, electricity, and cable/WIFI.
Included: snow plowing (not shoveling), lawn care, cold water and sewer, and trash, and recycling.
Pets are negotiable @ $25/mo. per pet. Vet records and references required. If it is a dog, we must meet the dog.
Off-street parking.
Washer/Dryer in unit
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Lease will end March 31, 2025 regardless of start date.
