Furnished bedroom in my home with attached private bath 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Shared living space, kitchen. No pets, no smoking. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated bathroom, and laundry in building. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, internet, wi-fi, Hulu, HBO, air conditioning and water. Date Available: Sep 12th 2022. $800/month rent. $200 security deposit required. I have a 25 lb. spaniel mix who lives here who will jump, lick, get excited, bark, sit next to you on the couch, and just generally crave attention.
