Hey everyone! We are looking for our last roomie! The house is located in Norris Square/West Kensington right next to Fishtown (5 minute drive). It’s a spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom house. The bedroom listed has its own bathroom. We have a washer and dryer unit on the second floor. We have a large kitchen with an island table, two fridges, coffee machine, and provided pots/pans/utensils. Other perks are a rooftop with a grill/ patio furniture.
Rent for your room would be $1200 including all utilities, internet, cable, & bi weekly cleaning services. We also provide basic supplies.
The bedroom available is on the second floor with lots of natural sunlight. Its big enough to fit a king size bed. We’re located in a friendly neighborhood, it's 3 blocks away from the York-Dauphin train station. There is also free street parking if you have a car.
About us: we’re all working professionals in our mid-late twenties. I have a medium sized doggo, collie mix, so we prefer no other pets. We like to host board game nights, dinner parties, and go out to eat together. Room is available for December 1st, 2022 or whenever you can move in.
We are looking for someone that is super easy going, respectful, and get along with everyone!
