- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS:
- Additional Terms: Exterior storage shed in back of property is not accessible or available for use. Owner will need access to the storage unit, with 24 hour notice, on occasion. Tenant is responsible for hand-watering the fruit trees, bushes, and potted plants, at least once per week. Tenant is precluded from running a home business per our Rental Property Insurance Policy. There are items in the garage that belong to the owner and should remain where they are currently stored to be used by owner for repairs as necessary. For example, there are several brooms, an aluminum ladder, a pull saw, artificial turf remnants, and paint cans.
- NON-WARRANTED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: security system (non-operable), fireplace (not tested)
- KEY INFORMATION: Tenant acknowledges receipt of (or the tenant will receive on lease start date): 1 house key. Tenant acknowledges that locks to the Premises have not been re-keyed. If Tenant re-keys existing locks or opening devices, Tenant shall immediately deliver copies of all keys to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all cost and charges related to loss of any keys or opening devices.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
