Both the living room and the primary bedroom have sliding doors that open onto a spacious, private, sun-kissed deck complete with gorgeous water views, a lounge chair and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, all overlooking the verdant backyard.
The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom comes furnished with bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top level). A well-equipped galley kitchen, pleasant full bathroom with tub and shower complete the unit. Outdoors, one can enjoy the large yard, rife with plentiful herbs and flowers. Please bring a cell phone as there is no landline.
Conveniently located a very short walking distance away from Good Harbor Beach and scenic Bass Rocks, a short drive away from restaurants, stores, a laundromat, and with easy access to Route 128, Garden by the Sea is one the best rental spots around.
Please note that the friendly owners live in a separate unit of the house.
First, last & a non-refundable move in fee equal to 15% of one month's rent due at signing.
