High likelihood of denial: not meeting the minimum score of 550, poor credit scores with lots of recent delinquencies and/or charge offs; any monies owed to past landlords; unpaid utility accounts, excessive recent charge offs / collections. Please be up front with us so we can let you know what we're able to work with. *We cannot approve applications with convictions on file for violent crimes, sexual crimes, or the illegal manufacture and/or distribution of a controlled substance. If an applicant is listed on the sex offender registry, this would result in an automatic decline.
