This cute little house has a definite country feel. The woods are in back of it, deer frequent the yard, and the neighborhood has a boat ramp that enters Kickapoo Creek which goes out into Lake Livingston! Recreational paradise! There has been many updates to the house. New kitchen, new Livingroom flooring, a washer/dryer utility room built onto the big front porch. It has a propane heater and stove (you refill the propane bottles) and window AC units that cool it down really nice. The master bedroom is spacious
enough for a queen size bed, and the other 2 smaller bedrooms can accommodate a single bed each.
No pets, no smokers. Must pass a background check. Water and electric are included in the rent as long as it stays within a reasonable amount. The $800 deposit can be spread over the first 3 months. Property can be shown in weekends only. Please text me if interested.
Ps... The metal shop isn't included with the 800$. That will remain in our possession for storage for things we need to maintain our various properties. However.. if you really want to use the shop, we can accommodate you for $100 more a month, and we will move our things out.
