One dog or cat is welcome with this unit for a non refundable pet fee of $300 and a $50 monthly increase in rent for a dog or $35 monthly increase for a cat.

Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and is non refundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Monthly income should exceed $5,175 and credit score should be above 630.
