Fully stocked with everything you need for your time away from home, this property sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed, a set of twin beds in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the family room area. Onsite laundry makes it convenient and comfortable to spend more time doing things you enjoy. Fun fire pit area in the backyard to relax and enjoy after a long day at the beach. Take a short walk east to watch the sunrise over the ocean, or an evening walk down to the fishing dock/kayak launch at the end of the street on the river for a spectacular sunset. You will fall in love with this charming little place and have the best vacation ever!

This is a one month minimum rental. Tenants must pay a damage deposit of $750.00. All utilities are included for the month. Cleaning fee of $250.00 added to the rental amount as well as occupancy taxes and fees.

Pets may be considered with breed restrictions with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
