I, the 31 y/o male owner of this property, am renting out 2 rooms in this beautiful 4/2 house. The bathroom will be shared. Wifi, water, electricity, sewer, waste, and a biweekly cleaning service of the common areas are included in the rent. Property was built in 2020 so the appliances in the house are new. Each room is furnished as shown in the photos. I am currently am the only person living here and am looking for two roommates who are in their 20-30s. Eligibility comes with a background check, with proof of income, ID, deposit, and first month of rent. Credit score must be a minimum of 600, Monthly income must be three times rent or more (At least $2850 per month). Occupancy limited to 1 person per room.

The Property is located in Cedar river which is a popular kayaking/ boating destination in Jacksonville. There are several great stores, restaurants and farmers markets nearby. The property is also within one of the many old neighborhoods of Jacksonville. FSCJ is 12 minutes away.
