Credit and background check will be done prior to leasing and there is an application fee for each adult to cover the cost. Absolute minimum credit score is 675. Income must be a minimum of 3 times the rent amount. References and emergency contact information will be required.
Tenant will be responsible for maintaining yard and normal maintenance items, i.e., AC filters, batteries for alarms, light bulbs, etc.
Utilities are tenant's responsibility (internet, cable, water/sewer, gas and electric)
