Although we want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing we have to abide by a few rules. At least 1 lessee (renter) must be at least 55+. Children are welcome to visit, not for long-term stays. No Smoking-No Pets. This is a seasonal rental from October to April. No more than a 6-month lease and 3-month minimum upon negotiated price. There is a background check and must have a decent credit score. Allow 30 days for HOA approval. $2000 a month includes all utilities. $1000 damage/security deposit Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arriving. $150 cleaning fee. Daily cleaning is not included. One assigned parking and guest parking. This will be your home away from home. Please be respectful and mindful of other people residing in the community.
