The location is unbeatable. Within a 5-minute drive from this place, there are HMart, Costco, Home Depot, and various other restaurants and stores. If you work at the Denver Tech Center, it is only a 15-minute drive to work. If you prefer to take the train, it is only a 5-minute drive to Nine Mile Station Park-n-Ride!
This townhouse is located in the Shores ( a covenant controlled community ) Friendly/ safe neighborhood with lots of space to take a walk locally in the HOA, have all utilities like dry/wet sauna, hot tub, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, game rooms, shared grilling space.
About the house:
Other shared spaces include a dining room, a living room, a full bathroom, another half bath, in-unit laundry and a fully furnished kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. I’ll be staying on the second floor with my own bathroom, so chances of collision should be very low.
No pets or smoking anywhere in the property, including the garden.
Water, Sewage, Trash/Recycling Removal, Electricity, Internet and Heat included in rent.
There is also an option to do month-to-month for $100 more each month. Upfront fees will include (upon signing the lease): First + last month. No broker fee.
