Apartments will not be held with a verbal agreement and all apartments are on a first come first serve basis. When you submit an application, it is time-stamped; this will determine "first come, first serve" as apartments are taken very quickly. It is our policy for applicants to view the apartment, then apply for the apartment. This avoids any confusion on how first come first serve is determined. Please read the Application Agreement when applying for further details.
This apartment can be held with a completed application and $200.00 Deposit. The initial $200.00 will be applied toward your security deposit upon approval. All applicants MUST have good credit and must meet the minimum income requirement of $49,500.00*. (additional criteria). Security Deposit balance and your signed Lease is due upon approval.
