This 2BR bungalow beaut is what dreams are made of... if your dreams are made of bricks. Seriously, upon entry you're like "wow how cute and open and nice" (also how my aunts describe me to eligible matches). Then, things get the opposite of heavy in the kitchen- light. Bright, refreshing, and basically all white(also, me), that bangin' kitchen opens up to a real treat: attached back sunroom, fenced backyard, AND two-car garage w/ a sPaCiOuS workshop area! Yeah, yeah, there are two great bedrooms and an unexpectedly handsome bathroom inside too, along with a tidy basement for additional storage, skilled skating, and laundry. OH AND DID I MENTION (I didn't, yet) LAWNCARE IS INCLUDED! Wow. Unheard of? You heard it here first.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
