$1600 - Upstairs roommates needed, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms upstairs

Hello, my name is Robert Breeze and I'm looking for tenants/roommates to rent the upstairs of my house. I am 51 years old and work for the US government as a maintenance worker. I currently live alone with a 6-year-old Golden retriever named Gunner. My hobbies include gold prospecting, gardening, camping, and fishing.

I'm looking for roommates to rent the upstairs of a house. The upstairs has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is an additional shared bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and laundry room will be shared by all.

There is street and driveway parking. The house features a washer and dryer, and updated kitchen with granite countertops, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, two refrigerators, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, fireplace, and a large backyard with a patio, barbecue, and garden. Pet friendly upon approval. My dog gunner is friendly and used to other animals. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

A few requirements I have is that you're quiet, no drugs, and that the common areas are kept clean. Looking for long-term tenants, preferably at least a 6-12 month lease.

Rent is $1,600 per month and includes gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, and internet. A $1,600 deposit is also required for a total of $3,200 due at signing. Credit and background check required. House will continue to be on the market until a lease is signed. I'm available for showing by appointment after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and on weekends.
