Electricity is shared between the four roommates. The remaining utilities are covered by your rent.
There is a $850 refundable damage deposit due prior to moving in.

This listing is for SINGLE occupancy, no exceptions. The home has 1.5 baths which means a single full bath to share between yourself and three housemates for showering/bathing.
Shared spaces include the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, 1.5 baths, back/frontyard and patio.
The current renters are between 20-30, 2 male and one female. All work full time.
