The house is on a 1/2 acre lot with good sun exposure in the back yard for a garden. The next available open house will take place on August 13th and August 14th between 2-6pm. The neighborhood is called Bexley Cosmopolitan and includes a park with playground next to 2 small private lakes for kayaking and fishing.
It comes with all modern appliances and a washer/dryer.
Note: The house has a 1 bed/1 bath basement walk out apartment with a separate entrance and separate parking that is not included in the rental price of $2650. The apartment is currently used as an office space with an entrance through the back of the property. There will occasionally be guests staying there at various times of the year.
It is possible to rent the space for your own short term guests with advance notice to the owners.
Rent includes landscaping. Option for Rent to include all utilities and professional bi-weekly cleaning. Small indoor pet is possible with deposit. Lease length is flexible and negotiable.
Move in costs include first month's rent, and $2000 security deposit, of which $1200 is NON refundable.
