In the winter you can get cozy with the pellet stoves, one upstairs and one downstairs, when you return from skiing at Heavenly Ski resort just 15 minutes away. In the summer Pope Beach is a bike ride away so you will never sit in that entry traffic again. The neighborhood is a short walk to Raley’s grocery store, or Southlake Brewing Company in one direction and the street ends at a trailhead in the other direction. Play all day hiking, mountain biking, trail running and sledding right from your front door.
